While it is easy to break a chain or lock, entering the room won’t be possible if you have the extra protection of a doorstop.
When traveling abroad, prepare in advance for emergencies, including the possibility of losing your passport. The United States Department of State has a website where you can locate information and contact them if need be. Dept. of State has a website at usembassy.state.gov that has contact information fro the US Embassy our consulate in foreign country of your destination. Take this important stuff along with you on the trip. You shouldn’t have any trouble that way.
When taking a road trip with a little kid, taking breaks every couple hours when on the road can help. Breaks give you the chance to stretch your limbs and visit the bathroom. In addition, getting a little fresh air can help keep motion sickness at bay. Your trip might take longer, but having less stress is worth the delay.
